Navient Corporation provides asset management and business processing services to education, health care, and government clients at the federal, state, and local levels in the United States.
The Complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company’s business, operational and compliance policies. On this news, Navient’s share price fell $2.10, or 14.25%, to close at $12.61 on October 5, 2017.
