Per my last email exchange with David, financials will not be audited. The cost is enormous and not worth it at this time. Financials are waiting for the new OTC account process to be completed. The funding and reorganization is his focus. That was last week so I'm hopeful we could hear something any day. It sure seems like good things are happening!
