Cornell U certainly appear to be serious about this problem. They've been working on it since at least 2003--years before JBII developed the P2O process. That's one university in one state. How many others are working on the same problem?

Like a fire, it starts smouldering slowly, spreads outwards and bursts into flame, consuming everything in it's path.
