Maybe someone with courage (being a lawyer) who can replicate what this poster interact with SCOTTRADE and call Fidelity.
SCOTTRADE has just removed **** from the restricted list. I complained to their highest customer relations representative and she was able to get it off of the restricted list. I had to threaten a lawsuit that there was collusion going on in their restriction department to discourage investors from trading **** because of their undisclosed restriction that forced people to have to call in to make a trade.
