From what I recall H2 already has funding in place

From what I recall H2 already has funding in place. H2 just needed to get Alpha approval before the funds would be released. I'm sure the funding is coming in stages. Maybe Coates will finally get a payment. Licensing Agreement still has to be 8k'd.
Should be getting some news in the near future. Possibly multiple PR's.
