Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I don't think this will be a 3 meeting approval process. Just to get a 55 and over community passed in my town took over a year with all of the community-based concerns and environmental impact studies. My town also voted down a biomedical waste facility which would have benefited the town greatly with jobs and tax revenue. Granted, a green bottling facility is much more enticing than a waste facility however I just wanted to bring up the fact that nothing goes smoothly because all it takes is one concerned citizen worried about a spotted turtle over the greater good of the community, whether the concern is legitimate or not, or they may have a hidden agenda...JMHO. Also, I doubt they will break ground in the winter so I don't expect any real news until March or April of next year, and as someone else on this board alreay astutely pointed out already, I don't know if George can last that long...and I will add... without a reverse split. Just keeping it real my friends.
