Ok, let me try and help some people out here. On Sept 1st an 8K was published about a purchase agreement that USGL and Songbird inked. They put out some dates of expected closing. Now, for those of you having a difficult time with comprehension, ANYTHING related to this deal, until it closes (including the potential change of closing date) is material and non public. They cannot just throw out a PR or Facebook message saying, "almost done" give us two more weeks. Any indication of anything outside of what was published on 9/1/17 is MATERIAL NON PUBLIC INFORMATION unless it is in an 8K. If people cannot wait than clearly you bought in for a bet, not an investment. That being said, it doesn't give anyone the right to cry and whine about it because you don't belong here. Period.
