It seems Falak didn't know who Luka really was at the time. He probably figured it was best to do business with a strong business man in Albania to get the ball rolling quick. This is probably why we had such a setback of time.
Glad to see Falak take control and move forward. At least we know Shala is on its way to ground breaking soon. 2018 will finally be our year and we are looking at a strong future with PSPW. Best to all and thank you for the posts.
