Letter from the President of SRMX/SkyFidelity, Inc
(NEWPORT BEACH, CA, October 2, 2017) – SRMX/SkyFidelity, Inc (OTC Pink: “SRMX”, the “Company”)
On September 15, 2017 Saddle Ranch Media, Inc., a Utah corporation ('The Company"
successfully applied to
FINRA for the voluntary change of its symbol from “SRMX” to “SKYX”. Since that date, the Company has been
in contact with said agency to provide the necessary required documentation to obtain the requested symbol
change. The Company anticipates that the actual symbol change request will be granted during the month of
October 2017. As soon as the new symbol is received the Company will provide notification via a press
release.
With respect to the filing of financial data, the Company has submitted the necessary documents to its CFO as
of September 15, 2017 and anticipates the receipt of completed financial reports and the filing of same within
the month of October 2017 for the first two quarters of 2017. The delay in filing this information has been
based upon some logistical issues in obtaining previous financial data pre-merger from Saddle Ranch Media,
Inc.
Thereafter, the Company anticipates maintaining a current schedule of reporting its financial information
while it seeks to officially retain an auditing company sometime in the fourth quarter of 2017.
With respect to the status of the company name, the Company is moving forward with an official name change
from Saddle Ranch Media, Inc. to SkyFidelity, Inc. This name change will also include the transition of the
company’s state of incorporation to the state of either Florida or Delaware. Currently, SkyFidelity, Inc is
registered as a Florida corporation. The Company expects the name change and the change in the state of
incorporation to be effectuated in the fourth quarter of 2017.
From a technology standpoint, the Company is moving forward with the development of its key technology
devices including the SkiQ as well as the “Kel”-the first of its kind CAT-M technology (IoT) based portable
thermostat.
