Lexaria Bioscience Corp. (CSE: LXX) (OTCQB: LXRP), a drug delivery platform innovator, announced late yesterday that it has received a new Notice of Allowance from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) related to the use of its innovative DehydraTECH™ technology as a delivery platform for the full list of active pharmacological ingredients requested, including all cannabinoids, fat-soluble vitamins, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory pain medications (“NSAIDs”) and nicotine.
