Update on what ONCI/HEXA has going short term in reverse chronological order (from most recent):
At CC or before - comments on meetings with GENERAL MOTORS (10/19), FORD (9/27) and ENTERPRISE (9/28) as well as results of trip to Malaysia week of 10/23
November 1, 2017 - Completion of 30-day pilot for City of San Antonio, CA
November 5, 2017 - Completion of 30-day testing of units for CHRYSLER
November 10, 2017 - Shareholder Conference Call at 4:30 EST, call 641-715-0632 and access code 488868
November 13, 2017 - Heading to Dubai for International Motor Show and returning to NYC 11/19/17 (meeting with 10 companies... 9 of them international... to sell bSafeMobile and bFoundMobile apps)
Around November 15, 2017 - Meeting with BMW after making requested revisions and will discuss how to implement product
November 20, 2017 - delivering units to 7 dealership group in Massachusetts ($420k/yr)
November 21, 2017 - Heading to PA for second meeting with QVC for potential app sale
November 30 2017 - Opening of first manufacturing facility in Malaysia (see 10/5/17 PR)
By December 5, 2017 - Audit should be done
December 15, 2017 - Fiscal yearend filing (this could possibly be filed by this date as a quarterly but see below 90 days for yearend)
By Mid-December - Delivery to 6 Dealer South Florida Auto Group ($432k/yr)
M&A: Acquiring NY dental group and opening 30 offices in next 36 months (since 10/11/17 PR)
Any Time - More contracts to be announced and updates on all deals to date including potential for an MJ connection...

1. FMS or APPS (5 apps- "2 will be in Auto safety, 2 will be in the Sports Gaming industry and 1 will be MJ related"
2. Digital Media Management & Consulting
3. Technology Production
4. Insurance Related (JV with NECA and hiring of Eric Ritter - Mr. Berman has not specifically titled this one, at least I don't see it specifically stated)
5. Dental (see 10/11/17 PR)
6. To be named

New Website will be out following Colorado Secretary of State licensing and FINRA name/ticker change.
Waiting on CO SOS and FINRA- license or re-domicile by 12/8/17 otherwise need to reapply:

I believe a pink sheet public company has 90 days from the its fiscal yearend to file financials which places the next one for ONCI around the end of January but last year they had it out around mid-Dec. (12/15 & 12/20) so who knows if we see it before 1/31.
So far, accounting through PRs for more than $18.3M/year in sales of apps. That's without the potential of big automakers and others.
