Acquisition of two new revenue producing subsidiaries, AW Solution Inc and Tropical Communications which hold professional engineering license in all contiguous states and in the District of Columbia and Hawaii., Canada's British Columbia, Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and Newfoundland & Labrador and in Puerto Rico and USVI.
Retains the technology of Mantra Energy Alternatives.
New CEO Ponder's Experience, served as President of Time Warner Cable's Kansas City Division a 1.5 billion dollar asset, a multi-State operation with nearly 1000 employees under his leadership.
MVTG reported three million dollars of revenue last quarter.
MVTG now has working partnerships with several Fortune 500 companies (ex AT&T, Spectrum and other telecom giants).
MVTG 's AW Solutions division is developing its own proprietary technology, and AW has added Unmanned Aircraft Vehicles (UAV’s) structural mapping and inspection services to its portfolio of comprehensive services.Through the development of proprietary technology, currently being patented, coupled with the use of the UAV fleet and other methods we are able to, with unparalleled precision, conduct structurally mapping, measurement, analysis and video capture of structures and associated technologies such as antenna mounts, telecom equipment, etc.
This technology while the initial roll-out is focused on telecommunications towers and antenna mounting structures, this drone technology is also applicable in many other industries including: oil & gas; transportation & shipping; commercial construction; military and any industry where structures need physical measurements taken, which will provide MVTG with additional revenue streams.
Plus AW Solution provides full fiber network and small cell design and permitting services in a tier one market for the deployment of a new state of the art, next generation small cell communications system.
The Mantra Energy Alternatives Divisions is is developing electrochemical technologies designed to make reducing greenhouse gas emissions profitable by transforming wasteful CO2 to saleable chemicals (ex formic acid, syngas)
According to the CMC of Canada, the CMC have submitted a proposal to NRCan for funding of a project involving Mantra Energy at the CMC's CCCI facility.
The CCCI officially opened September 2017.
