I know we are all waiting for some very good news.

I know we are all waiting for some very good news...but I saw a few post as if the closing had happened and we were just waiting on the news to be posted. Does someone have it on good authority that the closing did in fact happen? I have been in this stock for nearly a decade and would like to be able to say that we have finally broken through. Thanks for the clarification!
