$INSY November 1, 2018 The start of a new month. Investors have either dumped Millions of Dollars worth of INSY shares /OR/ purchased Millions of Dollars worth of shares. An interesting conundrum for investors! Should one risk selling and possibly lose a little money or should one hold and purchase more shares in anticipation of an excellent profit from a possible return to the former share price? When is a Gamble NOT a Gamble? When is a High Risk NOT a High Risk?
The current view of INSYS Therapeutics is that the NEW management is taking corrective action on its image by saying all the right things about accepting responsibility. A Baby Step for sure BUT DEFINITELY a step in the right direction. Investors want to see LEADERSHIP from the Executive LEVEL of a Corporation. Right now, INSYS has stepped up to the plate.
The Federal Court Case(s) and State Court Case(s) will still require time to resolve differences and adjudicate each issue. Throughout this time period, the image of INSYS will be very visible to the investing public. If the current Leadership of INSYS can maintain a positive image of growth and re-establish its corporate image as an ethical company, IN MY OPINION, this stock will make a remarkable rebound. I do believe that the current Executive members of INSYS have the ability to focus on a positive and profitable future for the company. The only unknown, at this time, is how much additional damage to the company IMAGE will be caused by the FORMER CEO.
