A company with no revenue has no valuation, share price can be from 0.001 cent to a few cents. But if evaluation based on the company's NET ASSET, then at 367 million share O/S, share price could be at ($1.5 million Assets - 4.9 million Liability) / 367 million shares = 0 cent.
But the 5 year weekly chart shows an extremely bullish chart pattern, it reveals its future potential. If you don't see it, sell all shares and move on.
