Here's how I see it: you have to love that we expect revenue by year-end and we have been looking for this for awhile. Now that we also have a surprise pending amount from the Entrust settlement (with it looking more likely than not that royalties will be included) anything we get from it is a plus. That, added to litigation funding, is something I would argue with anyone makes this situation more compelling than it ever has been. We will see.
