Re: OldSaltDawg #1161
Like I said before the story is a great one however to me something just does not feel right. I contacted the City of San Antonio Mayor's Office about this pilot program and they said they knew nothing about it but referred me to the Transportation Dept. The initial person I spoke to did not know anything but he left a message for the Transportation Director to return my call. There is nothing on their website that indicates any tests are going on and believe you can find anything on that site.

Having dealt with public agencies for the past fifteen years, 99% of the time pilot programs not only take much longer than 30 days but signing and approval of any agreement by the public agency board takes at least six months due to all the bureaucratic red tape.

So between that and the perceived delays in dealership groups receiving their units (based upon delivery dates from PR) I for one have to question what is happening behind the curtain.

The stock price is a different animal. It will trade based upon the perception of the story and it's PR's. In the long run the company will eventually have to deliver on it's PR's or the whole story falls apart and most move on to the next stock.

So right now, just a fence sitter. If the company can prove they are selling units in volume AND getting paid for them (I notice a lot of their purchase transactions include financing with their accounts receivable) then I will jump in. The jury is still out for me right now.
