True longs is Subjective. I've used the term mysel
Post# of 3935
It's no longer part of my vocabulary because it doesn't fit me in otc land, for the most part.
An example or two of a true long could be someone who invested in Amazon or Apple, back in 1997, and still holds those shares. Would you understand why they held without selling?
I get your point. Personally I wasn't in GIGL last time it ran.
I bought on the retreat and am loving the current direction. I still believe there is more to come here, so let's stop living in the past shall we?
I wasn't here for your calls to sell, but even if I were, I would listen to what you had to say, and then make up my own mind on what to do.
Another example or approach would be to sell enough shares on the rise to recoup the initial investment and ride free shares while deciding what to do or not to do next.
My main point is that there are many strategies, and much can be learned from each other, while still being civil.
Thanks for your input and good luck to you!
