I had the same back and forths with him about 2 months ago.
talks out of both sides of his mouth and out of his a$$$$.
Dont know if you have been to his ticker that he's been pumping for a long time. SEC "caveat emptor" UOIP". IT's the true defenition of a patent troll, no sales, no employees, no phone, no real adress, bought patents and now inlitigation. Yet he believes it is a zillion dollar company.
And somehow he bad mouths everything about SFOR. Even after telling everyone, with all his experience, that the PTAB would not favor SFOR. How wrong was he?
He is arrogant, egotistical and full of swagger in his step I'm sure. He never will be wrong in anything, even after being caught on past posts and called out.
