Wondering how Mr. Berman's meeting with General Motors went on 10/19 ... also don't see that targeted campaign on Facebook... and would like to hear what came out of his trip to Malaysia last week...

"later October" - Comment on meetings that took place with FORD (9/27/17) and ENTERPRISE (9/28/17)
November 1, 2017 - Completion of 30-day pilot for City of San Antonio, CA
November 5, 2017 - Completion of 30-day testing of units for CHRYSLER
November 10, 2017 - Shareholder Conference Call at 4:30 EST, call 641-715-0632 and access code 488868
November 13, 2017 - Heading to Dubai for International Motor Show and returning to NYC 11/19/17 (meeting with 10 companies... 9 of them international... to sell bSafeMobile and bFoundMobile apps)
Around November 15, 2017 - Meeting with BMW after making requested revisions and will discuss how to implement product
November 20, 2017 - delivering units to 7 dealership group in Massachusetts ($420k/yr)
November 21, 2017 - Heading to PA for second meeting with QVC for potential app sale
November 30 2017 - Opening of first manufacturing facility in Malaysia (see 10/5/17 PR)
By December 5, 2017 - Audit should be done
December 15, 2017 - Fiscal yearend filing
By Mid-December - Delivery to 6 Dealer South Florida Auto Group ($432k/yr)
M&A: Acquiring NY dental group and opening 30 offices in next 36 months (since 10/11/17 PR)

4. Insurance Related (JV with NECA and hiring of Eric Ritter - Mr. Berman has not specifically titled this one, at least I don't see it specifically stated)
5. Dental (see 10/11/17 PR)

I believe a pink sheet public company has 90 days from the its fiscal yearend to file financials which places the next one for ONCI around the end of January but last year they had it out around mid-Dec. (12/15 & 12/20) so who knows if we see it before 1/31.
So far, accounting through PRs for more than $18.3M/year in sales of apps. That's without the potential of big automakers and others.
