that the 'public' be a neutral space.
A place of cleanliness of spirit and clarity of mind.
As it is the public is a circus.
The street is a nightmare of incivility.
A place to spit up your personal verve.
Where creeps (including business) solicit.
There will never be peace in a society
until there is a clean whole public scenario.
