The lack of a 10-Q (last one dated Oct 2014) is a problem. Puts the results just released in the "questionable" zone. The auditors are going to have to go back to the last known 10-Q, verify those numbers and then start working forward from there. 6-8 weeks sounds like too short a time to bring the filings current.
BTW a Quarterly Report is not the same as an official SEC 10-Q filing.
