The manager at the dealership said that he knows they will be offering the App after the dealerships go to meetings at the Corporate HQ to learn how best to sell and install. I took that to mean the devices are at HQ and will be distributed after training is complete. Its not hard to install. I am sure HQ wants the dealerships to have a good understanding of the product before presenting it to the public.
