Yes believe it...because the only people responsible for defrauding anyone is liehole and toxic lenders. But I bet you already knew that...sure keep the company trading while the debt holders continue to dilute the share structure as the shorts piggy back the stock into a death spiral making it completely worthless. but I bet you already knew that too..
I bet you know a lot of things like bashing a company the went private with cooperation from the sec rather then being Delagated into the greys destroying anything that would be left to save the company.
