I would think that no matter how good a biologic is (and the new gold std some are talking about does have the usual biologic safety issues) there will always be a strong market for a good oral psoriasis treatment and it may become the recommended treatment just due to cost and safety. If P doesn't work, then go to the costlier and more risky biologic.
We can't expect P to cover the entire psoriasis market, but with the results many are expecting, me included, it should definitely have a solid share of the whole enchilada. Can't ask for more than that.
Nice to see that a number of medical posters are very strong backers of the defensin mimetic science.
It is colder than crap and windy right now in Ft Worth and the wife is going out at 6 to play 9 holes this evening w/ the girls (evening golf). They are going to freeze their butts off. The guys get together at 7 with all the food at a designated house and we get to watch the Astros and eat. I like my option a lot better than hers.
