I see it both ways really..I think after the first seven we could quite possibly receive an offer too good to refuse. It really depends on what our valuation becomes after these settlements and royalties..Do not underestimate Ropes & Gray ability to extract full value of our patents. They are not here for chump change..these guys are serious and the defendants know that. JMO
