Regarding R/S postings!!! Please read!
I can appreciate everyone's concerns, having lived thru R/S myself! But we are looking to avoid the R/S topic from "stealing the show" on this board, in the same negative manner it did over at the other board.
IMO realistically if Mark did once again state that he is not considering, nor planning to do a R/S, it would not carry any more value than when he last denied it! His response would be "in good faith", based on current circumstances, but realistically subject to change at some point & time in the future! It would be unrealistic to expect such from Mark! I also don't think its wise of us to push his button again on this issue! He has asked for our patience and confidence, and as we see the results of settlements forthcoming I don't think R/S will even be considered as relevant to SFOR's future, or ours as shareholders!
Please reconsider your need to pursue this topic in open forum here. You have PM (free here) with which you can discuss it with others that may share your concerns, but we truly would like to keep it as an "off topic" item here on this board!
