"I'm working to completely reorganize the corporation, how we work and our business priorities. This is being done to enable our ability to execute some transactions on which I have been working for some time. I plan on releasing more information during next week, when the direction will be clearer. I already have the support of a large block of shareholders, but will release info in a press release or conference call or by posting a more detailed letter to the rest of our shareholders online. I will be sending this notice to a couple of the longs that have communicated with me, but I would appreciate it if you could get the word out that I would like to get an email from all of the shareholders so I have their contact info, because the information is too important. I am no longer willing to watch the PPS decline and am anxious to get this company moving again. I promised the shareholders repeatedly that I was on their side and that my promises were not empty, now I will need their support to execute the plan. I want ACYD to be a major 2013 success story and have the pieces in place to accomplish it! "
