PSGR Until2017, I too have thought about the possibility that the low share price has a connection to the POTENTIAL Blackridge purchase of shares. I have also included this thought in several of my past posts, though NOT so clearly expressed as in your post. You tie in the NON-support of the stock by Pershing Resources and the benefit which is derived by Blackridge, clearly and succinctly.
Why has Corporate Pershing Resources not addressed the low share price?
The answer to this perplexing issue resides with Mr. J. Adams at Pershing Resources. Perhaps he can address the issue in the next Press Release /OR/ enter a response on this Board.
MY OPINION: The continuing LOW SHARE PRICE is a benefit to Blackridge (if it chooses to go through with the stock purchase) and a detriment to current shareholders and POTENTIAL buyers of this PENNY STOCK. There remains not one iota of a chance of positive CONTINUED share price growth without company support. This company has noted it needs money to continue to advance its mining programs. As long as the share price remains well below $0.50+/share price, the ability to advance any mining construction may well ONLY exist in FANTASYLAND. UNLESS an external financial benefactor comes on board (as was suggested with Blackridge), Pershing Resources may continue to issue promising Press Releases BUT the value will remain despicably LOW because there is NO support from the Corporate Office.
I will remain positive until the end of the 1st Quarter of 2018. Events can change dramatically within this time period. However, BS will NO LONGER be tolerated. The current drop in share price has NO Rhyme or Reason while Corporate has done nothing to assuage the concerns of the investors. An IMMEDIATE Press Release that provides Company Status would be most welcome and, HOPEFULLY, informative about actual events within the company and NOT wishful thinking or BS.
