That's an awesome reference and I say that "multiple agreements" is where the royalties and perhaps a lump sum plus ongoing use is covered. This could be three pronged at least for us, perhaps more who knows. I wonder how much interest will be deemed to be? Could be a nice chunk of change too as we must consider that litigation financing needed to be sought.
