Again, you should have applied yourself more at Purdue instead of running away from whatever on your cycle.
No one can predict when they're going to either quit or be fired.
Therefore no one can predict what someone of either gender should be paid based upon that kind of uncertainty.
What IS certain is that people should be paid equally based upon performance, while they're on the job. Your 'formula' falls apart both from illogic and from an almost indecipherable sentence structure.
You don't, you can't, write any more clearly than you think.
You've tried often enough and the results are deplorable.
But maybe I missed something? Why exactly, data please, are women quitting their jobs at age 50?
