I've been in decent contact with Paul over Ihub. I've also talked to the admin about the issues that we've been having.Paul is nice.

On the BVTk board, the mods are amazing.

On IHSI not so much.

Here's my message to the Admin.

Paul Knopick said that he would vouch that he did call the rumor a lie.

I've been talking to Paul Knopick who's the PR guy of IHSI.I've sent him in the past few days ago about 10 or so questions that the community had for the company, and a few weeks before that I sent him another batch of questions.

So that even if he couldn't legally answer the the questions in the email or simply at the moment because there wasn't an answer at the moment, it would be nice for the company to know what we stock holders want to know so that maybe the would answer the questions in a PR or a batch of financials.

Well in the most recent batch of questions I asked Paul about a specific post. Paul outright said that the poster is a liar.

Here is the post that's in question.

Rumor is the Cresent deal has fallen through because the company can not make the payments agreed upon since the financing deal fell through. The owner has taken the company back. Don't know about this latest BS recycling electricity shit because they have NO money to support it! This stock is dead! JMHO

This same moderator went to post another nasty comment that was similar what the PR guy got angry about.

All anyone needs to know about IHSI, is the company continues to use anyone buying the stock to pay off their debt! They could care less about the shareholders as can be seen by the ridiculous answers given by the IR IDIOT! Keep buying is the rally cry by the company! We need our debt paid off before the Reverse Split announcement! JMHO

Notice how he uses the same format to claim that the stock he's the moderator of is dead.
Why are you a moderator of a stock message board and you're bashing that stock?

So after the most recent attack on the stock was posted by the moderator, I replied to the slanderous post stating that Paul said the post is a lie.
After I called him out he began to delete my posts for being "off topic."

The moderator deleted enough of my posts that an embargo was placed on my account for the IHSI stock.

This is the first of my complaints about the corruption.

My next argument of why I say that the mods are corupt is the stickies, and what is not sticked.

One post is outdated DD that needs to be replaced with new info, another stickied post is news of a letter of intent which doesn't need to be stickied because the LOI is posted in the "news section",
and the last two stickied posts are posts that were created & sticked by moderators Sprycel, and Toxic Avenger. Those two mods are chronic stock bashers yet they are in the role of moderators.

There have been great DD posts yet no matter how much you beg & plea to have those posts stickied, the moderators choose to act like they don't exist.
They ignore your sticky request posts, but have no qualms about creating a post that bashes the stock.

There are great posts like the following and the mods don't want to sticky them.

Fazync and the company bottom line as we know is performance. I'm in agreement, there is tremendous market potential with the DoD. In FY 2006, the DoD used almost 30,000 gigawatt hours (GWH) of electricity, at a cost of almost $2.2 billion. I am sure those numbers have increased over the last 11 years. Fazync devices deployed with the DoD globally could easily save the government $400 to $800 million per year in energy costs (*accounting 1/2 for heating/electric and in 2006 numbers).

I agree there is much the company could do with a cash payout AND partnering up with other companies to co-package their products.

Grants and subsidies, as well as, government contract bids would be HUGE toward the revenue stream. The company just needs to put forth the effort, by teaming up with some trusted consultants, hiring the right staff (with deep gov't contracting / bidding experience) and putting together a simple, streamlined strategic plan.

I DO appreciate the fact IHSI plans to go after utility companies in California. By far, California has the largest number of electrical providers in the country.

California:

Azusa Light & Water
East Bay Municipal Utility District
Glendale Public Service Department
Gridley Municipal Utilities
Healdsburg Municipal Electric Department
Los Angeles Department of Water and Power
Nevada Irrigation District
Pacific Gas & Electric (PGE)
Pacific Power
Riverside Public Utilities
Sacramento Municipal Utility District
Santa Clara Electric Department
San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E)
Sierra-Pacific Power
Southern California Edison
Southern California Public Power Authority
Pasadena Water & Power
Burbank Water & Power
Anaheim Public Utilities

Minnesota has the second largest number of utility companies with more than than one dozen. Most states have an average of around 5. Some have fewer. Each state makes for a ton of potential.

There's a plethora of other possibilities IHSI could tap into.

Investor-owned utilities
State/county agencies
Federal agencies
Municipal utilities
Generating companies / Independent power producers
Transmission companies
Distribution companies
Qualifying gov facilities
Industrial consumers
Commercial consumers
Residential consumers
Electrical producers

Definitely agree the UL certification would go a long way in proving the viability of the product.

I am also very anxious to see what IHS new Fazync production facility will look like.

There is much to look forward to.

Here's my 3rd complaint about the moderators.

I've asked the moderators numerous of times to fix the broken & outdated intro/description of the stock and they choose to ignore it.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/IHSI/profile

I did the math and I found that IHSI's share structure info in the intro is currently outdated by 100 days.

The intro also has outdated information, the formatting of the intro box is terrible, and 4/5 of the images are broken.
One of the outdated things about the intro box is that the company is no longer in the Pot grow light business.
I've asked Paul about it and he said that there wasn't enough interest in it.

Another non-mod account asked me "why bother" with fixing the intro. I have 2000 dollars tied up with this stock, and it's frustrating that the moderators are not willing to fix the intro.
Why are you a moderator of this message board if all you want to do is bash the stock, and how you're not willing fix the intro,or sticky great posts!?

There's a night and day diffrence between the BVTK & the ISHS moderators. They're uncorpative with posters who present legitmate issues and at times they're out right hostile toward the stock that they're moderators of.
Just as I was finish typing this up this up a IHUB alaert told me that a MP3 recording of a confrence call was stickied on the BVTK board.
Which fuels my concern that something is going on with atleast two of the moderators on the ISHS stockboard.

I've been trying to become a moderator so I can adress issues with the board such as the outdated information & broken images. I would also like to try and create a wiki so DD would be more acessable.
It's upsetting that there are significant issues with the message board which aren't being adressed because the moderators outright refuse to adress them because they don't care about the board & the stock,
or perhaps because they have an agenda.
