All I can offer up here is, in the past I was in another OTC stock that went through an audit. The management went through a quite period with no news and late year end fins, similar to what is happening to NTEK. In the end the audit took over 6 months to complete as there were delays when questions arose with items in the bookkeeping. All questionable bookkeeping items had to be resolved to the auditing companies satisfaction before they would certify the audit as complete. It ended up being a very long dragged out and expensive undertaking, which I understand, is the norm.
This may or may not be the case here, but thought I would share my experience.
