I just talked to Bret, phone system is new and not working correctly. Spectrum is coming back to check out the problem and provide training.
Regarding no one answering the door, be aware, the office staff also works in the clean room and may in fact be working there. The office is not manned but a few hours a day as needed. They are part timers, running on a tight budget.
We are operating with a mind to keeping things lean. Orders are coming in and increasing. But why have someone there if not needed.
Bret says he will have an update, when we have news.
