I guess this is how it works: Pershing makes
MORE PROMISES and the S.P. Fizzles.
Too many years of somewhat expansive pro-
mises WITH NO REAL DELIVERY OF RESULTS !
That's what I see when reviewing a decade
of OFFICIAL PERSHING ANNOUNCEMENTS
TO BE CLEAR : The promise is the announce-
ment itself, or is implied by the announcement.
