There has been no changes and IMO wont be as you speculate. UF has always been a separate company, as are all the divisions. It used to be called NanoTech Media Corporation. D. Foley has always been CEO and it’s always been privately held, with a controlling interest owned by NanoTech Entertainment. When a public company owns a private company, the private company is not publicly held as it is not publicly traded. Dont see it changing myself.
