It's two fold. 1-More exposure to the markets 2- The kind of market exposure does have stiffer regulations than the OTC market we are in.
Is this a value add for the companies market progress... No but that is where a lot of people fail to see that especially with the OTC world a little additional exposure and a little more regulation (TSX.V and SEC do communicate) will help the actual help lift and control PPS sustainability once value added news hits.
For a flipper or a shorter this isn't good news but for us longs I think we would all like to see a little more regulation of our fully compliant investment. I also think that OWCP is quite for a reason and starting to think more like a company operationally than as a research firm.
So thats why I'm excited about it. Might not do much value wise in and of itself if at all but I think long term it helps offer some stability and access to more interest.
