Dispel a few myths? What a bunch of BS. Sure, no o

People's comfort level was directly affected and determined by those numbers provided. At no point in the conversation or Q&A with James or follow up with Bill did they talk about the impending convertible debt/shares. When shareholders asked about this, they were blocked or harassed. Several on here made it clear there was no way the company could see $0.01 AND reduce OS with that debt unless they drastically increased revenues to pay off preferreds before they converted. Bill and IR both were constantly talking about reducing OS in 2015 and 2016 (after IR came aboard). Many shareholders were adding shares based on the baseline revenues and OS reduction that the company and IR constantly addressed. So what happened? IR was speaking out of both sides of their mouths on twitter encouraging shareholders to buy and then mocking them for doing so or in reverse. Bill constantly spoke about wanting long term shareholders and that was who was holding from 72 down and didnt dump when it went up. A lot of good that did them.
Every financial statement from XOM down to TPAC has inherent risks explained. Using that as an excuse for the manipulation here is beyond absurd. Show me in any of the Q and Ks where it mentions that nothing coming from the company's official IR group should be believed (such as the baselines $13.5million).
Eventually, Bill, James, IR, and SI will have to answer for all the mix messaging, unsubstantiated numbers, and what sure looks like pure manipulation and probably securities fraud.
