Nasdaq Welcomes ALTUM to Baltic Market ALTUM is

ALTUM is a state-owned development finance institution, which offers state aid for various target groups with the help of financial tools such as loans, credit guarantees, investing in venture capital funds and other. ALTUM develops and implements state aid programs to compensate for the market's shortcomings that can't be solved by private financial institutions. ALTUM shareholders are ministries of Economics, Finance, and Agriculture. Moody’s investor service has assigned ALTUM investment grade rating Baa1, thus acknowledging its stable financial position. The size of ALTUM bond issue is EUR 20 million. The annual interest rate is 1.3%. The interest on the bonds will be paid annually on October 17 each year. Maturity date of the bond issue is October 17, 2024. AB SEB bankas was the arranger of the bond issue.
