when they do those split fills .. imo they are both signals and done for *accting* on 2 separate MMs re: MM Monthly ..
remember any decoy (decoys r us) can be hired/utilized and manipulate and collude ..
but only those who actually *do* actually *report* to Finra the specifics (volume) for the month ..
it's why *imo* documentation is NRs' (non retails) achilles' heel .. when the avg retail investor can see *decreasing* volume aligned with a relentlessly compressed PPS ..
it doesn't take much to realize .. that *few* are actually selling .. and when one does buy (at bid or ask) and their buy is then mirrored .. it also doesn't take much gray matter to understand that NR just diluted daily reg sho %s ..
my favorite NR undertaking tho' is taking a legit bid and making it become the UC ask
this *enables* NR to *short* that much more easily ..
anyhow .. it's appears to be the week that (sans news out of Innovation) that that 52 week low (5.10.17) months in the making .. sees daylight (reset) again
i've planned accordingly .. and suspect i'm not alone ..
