Net Element Regains Compliance with NASDAQ Listing Requirements

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - Oct 23, 2017) -  Net Element, Inc. ( NASDAQ : NETE ) ("Net Element" or the "Company"), a global financial technology and value-added solutions group that supports electronic payments acceptance in an omni-channel environment spanning across point-of-sale (POS), e-commerce and mobile devices, today announces it regains compliance with NASDAQ listing requirements.

As of October 20, 2017 the Company has evidenced compliance with the $1.00 bid price requirement insofar as the bid price for the Company's common stock has closed at or above $1.00 per share for more than 10 consecutive business days; and the Company has over $2.5 million in stockholders' equity.
