Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company entered into a contract with Moick OÜ, a Vintselle Group company for the construction of the 5,400 sqm car centre in Rae parish on the border-line of Tallinn. The building is in its main part one-storey with a two-storey office block for the centre. The value of the contract is approximately 4 million euros plus value added tax. The works will be completed in autumn 2018.
