Could be the absolute PERFECT STORM here...WHY do

- Any long that has held through the decline from 11 cents to under 2 cents is a TRUE LONG. You will need a crowbar to pry shares from their hands. Cost basis for most is easily in that 5-7 cent range or higher.
- Anybody interested in partnering or doing a Private Placement knows that upon expansion news and/or news of a rights offering cancellation, PPS will surge. Investing at these low prices will certainly make them $$$ when good news hits ! Smart people understand that the concept works and realize Joey needs money to get over the hump. Customer Demand in the 2 LA locations is still there !
- John M. Fife has likely sold somewhere between 95-99% of the 7.9M shares that were awarded from the recent settlement. I'll bet he sold them at an avrg of ~2 cents. Being an astute investor - he probably also bought 6-7M shares under 2 cents and has done his part to lock the float and will make a killing on the way back up. He will not be happy until it surpasses 12 cents IMO. Part of that same settlement was St. George's agreeing to purchase 1.1M (restricted) GIGL shares at a dime.
- Joey Parsi understands that there will be alot less dilution when PPS is higher. IF and I say IF he still goes forward with the Rights Offering, less dilution is better for all investors (and he is by far the largest). Quite sure he would release news to really get PPS UP before moving forward. He is in control of the timing. He also didn't sell any personal shares in August or Sept. so me thinks he knows it will be HIGHER soon. Parsis' still own over 26.3M shares of GIGL and have 3 kids to think about. Both Joey and Dorsa have put years of blood, sweat, and tears into it !
** There are just so many combinations of things that are not only plausible, but likely IMO that PPS can only go UP. After digesting all of the above, now add to that the fact that not one big-named exec / brand ambassador has left.
Given that this stock can RUN BIG, I firmly believe that you will get left behind if not IN THIS STOCK. Look at the charts folks - GLTY
