Predatory lender does not threaten to sell his shares, he usually threatens to claim the company's assets to recover his loan. I thought Stephen is brilliant enough to avoid financing with such dangerous lenders, hope he will learn a lesson and will choose his lenders wisely in the future. All loyal shareholders should unite together to offer the company financing to eradicate ALL debts associated with any of the company's potential predatory lenders.
We don't want to see such re-occurrence.
