I highly doubt Mr. Heddle simply doesn't have any

What's PTOI's value proposition?? How has Mr. Heddle been pitching the product to potential customers?? If Mr. Heddle has yet to find a worthwhile use because none of the testing so far yielded any positive results and he's still looking for the right feedstock or if there's nothing worthwhile yet because PTOI is still in the development stage, investors should know that too.
Mr. Bordynuik did it right years ago--he was very clear in his statements that the process was fully tested and that PTOI would get paid to take waste plastic, process that plastic into oil at a cost of under $10/bbl and then sell the oil at around $100/bbl...for which he said he already had offers. That was a proper value proposition. The only problem was that there wasn't any truth to his statements.
