Since they already had a settlement conference way back in Jan. no injunction at this point in the proceedings.
Besides, if we want a continued collection of royalties then we want them to stay in business, right?
Injunction is good for pressing them to surrender to settlements.
They did petition the IPR for better negotiation leverage.
We certainly do have that option for other infringers.
