$TXHD A post I made on IHUB yesterday. I am going to post here aswell. About the share structure(which i have made here before...and comparing it to other stocks with worse share structures and worse financials who also have higher PPS) Its coming guys.
Heres the share structure. Per the 8ks and 10qs
I was hoping to copy a post iv already made from investorshub but i cannot log on to the site. It just keeps timing out. But anyways starting July 5th..waiting til after the 4th. The very last one I saw was monday. I have watched every single day. And while the rest are converting in the 5s+ Auctis would sell blocks regardless of the price. Every single day 4,900,000. Infact the majority of the time the only 4s that went were infact 4,900,000 blocks. And the 8k says The Shares are subject to a Leak-Out Agreement, which provides that Auctus may publicly sell daily the greater of 4,910,714 shares or 20% of the average daily trading volume over the prior 10-day trading period; and
? Upon receipt of the Shares and an irrevocable letter of instruction to our transfer agent, which was executed on July 3, 2017, the parties agreed to release each other from all claims.
I watched 105M in those exact blocks just since Oct 2nd.
These are just the recent ones. I have watched them from the start. Only 3-4 trading days over a month ago I did not see them. If only 1 block went through for the the 70 trading days. It puts you at 343,000,000 But most days 2 blocks go through. And if you want me to show you more i will. I will load the trade tape from that starting date and highlight every single one for you. Look at my posts that are even on here. I admitted every day to watch for those blocks selling into the 4s. Even when there is buyers on 5s. and when 5s had the large 70M bid every day. you seen them go into the 5s. They sell into the bid a majority of the time. Say what you want. But it has been consistant every day since the 8k come out. You and the others going around just saying scam and R/S is not facts. And SFOR Has almost no revenue and massive debt and look at that share structure
Iv looked at every ticker anyone has posted trust me. along with the ones that are the flavor of the month. The honest truth is its all project and development and speculation because that sheet looks like garbage. As I said before i try to be polite...I spend a lot of time on everything im in. USRM i bought before it flew to .17 before the summer. we all know what happen there. and they financials there are garbage too.
