FYI....did u know...South Koreans have a dish which is marinated beef strips which they BBQ. I'm curious if this would be something they would impliment into their market as a jerky?
it's quite a common dish as I've eaten at friends home in the past. quite tasty. they are familiar with thus type of food. making it into a snack would go down well with the culture I would think.
