The one thing we are in agreement is not giving our shares up immediately. I believe you really spelled the SS
component to initial trading very well.
I don’t know if you saw my post that talked about a price comparison to a similar otc company Rocky Mountain Bev Co.
In it I comparables between the two and based on that my conclusion was that I wasn’t in any hurry to sell, once it trades.
I have this company hitting .18 without a reduction in shares and .50 if mgt. gets this under 1 billion. The latter benefits the
company the most because they can grow into a new exchange with 900mm float. Bev companies have bigger floats for
fund managers and their revs usually are bigger than the normal small cap companies.
In any event, I’ll try to look for it and post the comparison.
Not only is the time factor significant to hjoe but they also have the ability to design a program to lower the float.(swapping different
series stocks for commons, taking the commons out of play, thus reducing the stock. That will make all their>mgt. hard work
RELLY PAY OFF in the end.
