Management will let us know when it's inked. To speak of anticipated deals, and especially dates, just gives bashers fodder for cries of fraud and deceit with any delays, and by now we all should know that even big profitable companies experience delays with business deals and correspondence with the SEC.
It's coming. The Meadows issue is no longer discouraging would-be backers, so funding (like say maybe 12 million) will now enable the plans to be executed much faster.
If I were them, I'd move as quickly as possible, with legal concerns still fully considered, cause there's a fortune to be had in the hemp/CBD/MJ market and Rocky Mountain High Brands will still be able to grab a huge piece of it.
